Before delving into whether semen is nutritious or not, it’s worth mentioning that some semen is higher quality.

It should be white or a very light gray color and can sometimes smells like bleach or ammonia.

Additionally, it should taste sweet. If it’s sour, it’s a sign that you may have a health problem.

Finally, it should have a thick consistency similar to gelatin, which becomes liquid when it enters the vagina.

Believe it or not, the quality of your semen is also associated with your lifestyle.

Semen contains proteins and fructose, as well as vitamin C, so it’s up to each individual whether to try it or not.

A tablespoon of semen also has 150 mg of proteins, 11 mg of carbohydrates, and 6 mg of fats. Even if you’re on a diet, you can consume semen.

Let’s not forget that its main function is to transport sperm to the egg for fertilization during intercourse.

According to a 2008 study cited by The Objective, sperm helps more than you think.

It turns out that this research showed that women who frequently had semen in their vaginas were more satisfied.

It also helped them combat depression. In other words, they felt more loved and desired by their partners.
