The 24-year-old is believed to have shot a retired and priest and his sister before going to a family birthday party where he shot his own grandfather.

The tragic chain of events began when Palm Bay police responded to an emergency call about a disturbance at the Kapas family home.
It was Brandon’s uncle, who informed the authorities about his nephew’s behavior and said that he had a loaded gun.
