Dressed in black, Ricardo Montaner mesmerized the audience with his rendition of his famous hit ‘Tan Enamorados.’

With his trademark melodic voice and heartfelt performance, Montaner not only captivated the audience but also transported them on a journey of memories and emotions associated with this iconic song.

Marchant was honored for his invaluable contribution to the promotion and dissemination of Latin music.

As Montaner concluded his performance, he became emotional and delivered a poignant message to his late friend.

«Thirty-six years ago, you gave me the opportunity to perform ‘Tan Enamorado’ for the first time in the United States on the Premios Lo Nuestro stage,» said the singer.

«Today, on behalf of all the artists whom you’ve similarly uplifted, just as you did for me, I send you a heartfelt hug from here to heaven, dear Omar,» he added.

In a night filled with stars and emotions, Peso Pluma emerged as Best New Male Artist, sparking immediate criticism.

Peso Pluma is humiliated after his Premios Lo Nuestro 2024 win

«Prize for the unfaithful.» «Terrible.» «Unfaithful of the year.» These were just some of the comments flooding social media following Peso Pluma’s win, referring to the accusations of infidelity that had been levied against him.

Despite the controversy, Peso Pluma not only secured the title of this year’s breakout artist at the Lo Nuestro Awards 2024 but also won Música Mexicana – Song of the Year.

His win with the song ‘Ella Baila Sola,’ alongside the acclaimed group Eslabón Armado, stood as a well-deserved recognition of his hard work and dedication.
