Spanish newspaper ABC shared a video of people using a chain to pull a Jeep out of the mud in an unspecified location.

To avoid this type of dangerous incident, ABC stated that the General Directorate of Traffic and other Spanish organizations recommend drivers use tow straps made of polyester.
