Angélica Infante Gamboa, a key figure in Mexican rock, passed away after suffering a stroke.
The actress and musician had been hospitalized and later died at home, according to her siblings, Dora and Pedro Luis Infante.
Granddaughter of Ángel Infante and grandniece of Pedro Infante, she left a lasting impact on the 1980s rock scene.
In 1982, she was a member of the band Exceso, and in 1984, she joined Gatas de Callejón.
