Renowned Mexican singer Gloria Trevi is once again caught in a legal storm in the United States.

This development comes shortly after she filed allegations against composer Sergio Andrade, where Trevi accuses her former partner of abuse.

Following her allegations of sexual abuse against Sergio Andrade, singer Gloria Trevi is now confronted with new accusations herself.

According to ‘El Financiero’, two alleged victims have claimed that Trevi, along with singer Mary Boquitas, knowingly recruited them, fully aware of the impending abuse they would face.

These individuals have also accused them of being complicit in the abuse perpetrated by music producer Sergio Andrade.

One of the victims, identified as Jane Doe 3, reported that Trevi allegedly led her to Andrade’s bedroom and then waited outside while she was raped, as stated by the news outlet.

Gloria Trevi: Renewed Legal Challenges in the US

In addition, she allegedly warned her that if she resisted or refused, her sister would be expelled from the group, putting an end to her artistic aspirations.

At the conclusion of the heinous act, Trevi allegedly said: “You just saved your sister, you won’t regret it. He is a wonderful man and he is the person I love the most.”

This horrendous episode was allegedly repeated on multiple occasions in different countries, such as Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Los Angeles, according to ‘El Financiero’.

In collaboration with the companies Compañías Conexiones Americanas and Magical Image Entertainment Inc., they are alleged to have covered up the abuse.

Heartbreaking Account of Coercion and Rape

On the other hand, it is reported that they allegedly ordered abortions and prohibited the victims from communicating with other people.

Likewise, it is detailed that they were forced to participate in acts of group sex, where Trevi apparently “joined voluntarily and enthusiastically.”

«She touched other women and girls of her own free will, without instructions,» witnesses said about the Mexican singer.

Another chilling episode was a beating allegedly inflicted by Andrade as punishment for an alleged robbery, the report says.

Allegations of Corporate Abuse and Cover-up

For her part, the second victim identified as Jane Doe 4 claimed to have been recruited by Boquitas in 1991, when she was 23 years old and working as a model.

Upon discovering that the invitation to a party was hidden from her, Andrade allegedly whipped her with approximately 25 to 30 lashes,  said El Financiero‘.

According to what they say, Trevi even blackmailed them by taking their own lives if they did not agree to spend the night with Andrade.

Added supposedly, according to their versions, was the torture and beatings they constantly received.

Companies and People Involved in the Scandal

Also, they are linked to another 50 people in facilitating the abuse and exploitation of minor and adult women, as reported by them. ‘El Universal’.

The Mexican singer spent 4 years in prison, however her case was acquitted due to lack of evidence against her.

The artist claims to have suffered atrocious abuse at the hands of Sergio Andrade, her former manager and ex partner. However, the new accusations are strong.
