The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced this Thursday that it had conducted a deportation flight to China.

This is the second such flight this year, deporting Chinese migrants who did not have legal residency in the United States.

The flight took place this past Tuesday, following a similar deportation in June.

DHS stated in a press release that this latest deportation underscores U.S. authorities’ commitment to maintaining cooperation with China.
