Carlos Jiménez tweeted about what had happened between the Peruvian model and the Mexican actor.

He said neighbors had heard her screaming for help.

The tweet read: “Eleazar Gómez is arrested for hitting and trying to strangle his girlfriend. Officers from @SSC_CDMX arrested actor @EleazarGomez in @LaNapolesCDMX. Neighbors asked for help when they heard the woman’s SCREAMS FOR HELP. He is detained in the facilities of @fiscaliaCDMX.»

Quickly, several people began commenting on the tweets about the actor being arrested for domestic violence.

Eleazar Gómez used to date Danna Paola

Danna Paola and Eleazar Gómez met on the Mexican telenovela Atrévete a Soñar in 2009, when Danna was 14 years old and Eleazar was 24.

Because of the 10 year age difference, Danna and Eleazar kept their relationship a secret. They finally made their relationship official in 2013.

One time the couple were caught having a heated argument outside a movie theater, and there were even several sources who said that Danna Paola was living a nightmare with Gómez.
