According to Mexican media, unfortunately the actor was not the only one in his family to become infected, as his parents also contracted the virus and although his mother was very ill, he managed to get ahead; However, Rodrigo’s father also died a victim of covid-19.

The last novel in which he participated was ‘Three families’, where he played the role of Gonzalo Adolfo de Pedregal, Ingrid Martz’s partner. After that participation, he and his wife decided to move away from the media a bit to go live in the city of Mérida, in the state of Yucatán, TVNotas reported.
