Exclusive Interview! Francisco Gattorno says ‘Vivir de Amor’ is a dream come true

MundoNow had the privilege of speaking with Cuban actor Francisco Gattorno.

He has appeared in several Mexican soap operas, such as La Dueña and Cañaveral de Pasiones.

Gattorno, a familiar face to the public, shared his enthusiasm for the upcoming premiere of Televisa Univision’s new venture, Vivir de Amor.

«I am very happy to start the year with the premiere of this great story,» said the Cuban actor, enthusiastically.

The show features a great cast

Vivir de Amor is the creation of renowned producer Salvador Mejía.

Gala Montes, Kimberly Dos Ramos, Emmanuel Palomares and Josh Gutiérrez have prominent roles in the new series.

The telenovela is scheduled to premiere in Mexico on Monday, January 29, and the U.S. premiere date is yet to be confirmed.

It will also have great actors such as Gaby Spanic, Magda Karina, Eric del Castillo, Juan Diego Covarrubias, Mauricio Aspe and many more.

Cuban actor Francisco Gattorno says Vivir de Amor is a dream come true

The Cuban actor revealed that, over the years, Salvador Mejía had asked him to star in various productions.

Unfortunately, circumstances prevented it until, finally, fate smiled on them with Vivir de Amor.

«When Salvador looked at me for this soap opera I told him that now I was free, a dream came true.»

«It’s wonderful to work with Chava, it’s like being with family, snuggled together,» Francisco shared emotionally.

He plays Antonio Sánchez

Gattorno will play Antonio Sánchez, a humble and hard-working man deeply in love with his wife Alma, played by Magda Karina.

The character will face moral and personal challenges, including the loss of his daughter and the consequences of a decision that will change his life forever.

«My character is a very humble man who is very hard-working, with many values, and is very much in love with his wife,» Gattorno explained.

The plot of Vivir de Amor promises to tug at viewer’s heartstrings by exploring deep and complex themes.
