Last Friday, when a gust of wind sent an inflatable castle airborne during a baseball game, a 5-year-old child died and another was injured.

The incident took place at Regency Furniture Stadium, home of the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs minor league baseball team, as reported by The Associated Press.

At 9:21 p.m., a strong gust of wind lifted an inflatable castle being used by children during the game, prompting local emergency personnel to receive a call about the incident.

The inflatable rose 15 to 20 feet in the air, throwing the children onto the field before falling back to the ground, according to a press release from Charles County government.
