Biden Offers Help Amid Los Angeles Fire

The Joe Biden administration has approved emergency aid for areas affected by an uncontrolled wildfire in Los Angeles County.

«My team and I are in contact with state and local officials to provide the necessary assistance,» Biden said in a statement.

Experts warn that the worst of the wildfires may still be ahead, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Firefighting planes have been deployed, state media reported.

Biden, who plans a trip to Santa Monica, could witness the damage caused by the fire in Los Angeles tomorrow.
