Through a statement, the family of ESPN reporter Pedro Gómez expressed the following: “Pedro was much more than a media personality. He was a dad, a loving husband, a loyal friend, a coach and a mentor. »

And they added about his death: “He was our everything and the greatest believer of his children. He died unexpectedly at home this afternoon. »

In turn, James Pitaro, president of ESPN, regretted the loss of his team member and wrote on social networks: «We are surprised and saddened to learn that our friend and colleague Pedro Gómez has passed away.»

He added: “Pedro was an elite journalist at the highest level and his professional achievements are universally recognized. And what is more important, Pedro was a kind and dear friend to all of us ”.

And thus ended his message: «Our hearts go out to Pedro’s family and all those who love him at this extraordinarily difficult time.»

Pedo gómez was married to Sandra, and had their children Río and Dante, and their daughter Sierra. Rio is a pitcher in the Red Sox organization.

After the death of Lupita Elizondo, Poncho De Nigris’s mother, through a video, confessed that she had an accident days before that was very shocking, as a tire on her car blew out.

«She said, when that accident happened: ‘I’m not ready to die, it’s good that nothing happened to me, I’m not ready to die’, and a few days later she had a sudden heart attack, perhaps from the impression she had, I don’t know what would happen, but hey ”, expressed a very moved Leticia Guajardo, who a few years ago lost one of her sons, former soccer player Antonio De Nigris, in the same way.

In this same video, which so far has more than 5,000 views, Poncho De Nigris’s mother, who assured that Lupita Elizondo lost her life due to a sudden heart attack, commented that in the interview that the reporter from Primer Impacto laughed a lot and told him, as a joke, that he would take away some things so Poncho wouldn’t get mad at them.
