Julio César Chávez’s first wife was Amalia Carrasco.

They met when they were very young and got married shortly after. She wanted to be a flight attendant but gave it all up for the boxer.

Their first son, Julio César Jr, was born on February 16, 1986, and almost four years later, their second son Omar was born.

Although their relationship was not going well, they had a third child, Christian. However, they split shortly after.

Julio César Chávez’s wife Myriam Escobar was married to boxer Jesús Gallardo when they met.

Unfortunately, ‘El Bebé’ was murdered in the nineties. While consoling her, JC gradually won her heart.

Together they a daughter, Nicole, who has appeared on both soap operas and reality shows.

First, Julio César Chávez’s wife said that as a couple, they had gone through many bad experiences, but that the secret was patience.

“There is a lot of wear and tear, and it was very sad, but as a couple and as a daughter, if you don’t know it’s a disease, you abandon them,” she said.

Also, Myriam admitted that she could not harbor resentment or abandon JC in his struggle against addiction because he was “headed straight for death.”

Realizing the seriousness of the situation, Myriam Escobar set out to support her husband, so she sought professional help.

“You have to get involved in rehabilitation,” Julio César Chávez’s wife told People en Español.

“Julio was on drugs and alcohol for many years. He had an alcoholic father. There are people who cannot support, but we should not judge,” she said.

Few know that it was she who convinced the boxer to open rehabilitation clinics and thus help others in their struggle with addiction.

In 2019 that fighter Julio César Chávez’s wife surprised everyone by revealing that she wanted to write a book.

According to TV Notas, Myriam Escobar sid that in over 20 years of marriage, she experienced “the bad and the very bad.”

“I have never visualized it being serious (the book) because I tell them, if I do something, I do tell, I believe that at some point I could do it,” she said.

Finally, she added that there are many important things that she believes many people are unaware of.
