At least 13 people were arrested during an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid at a tortilla factory in Midland, Texas.
An anonymous witness told Telemundo 20 that the operation targeted restaurant, kitchen, and tortilla factory workers.
According to the witness, some agents were not wearing uniforms, only carrying a badge and a firearm.
The business, identified as La Perla, was shut down the same night of the raid.

The witness also reported seeing four unmarked vehicles near the establishment.
A woman at the entrance blocked access to the building and confirmed to customers that the business had been closed.

The Midland Police Department stated that it will continue enforcing the law at local, state, and federal levels.
There are still no details on the specific charges against those arrested or their current legal status.
