The doctors say that the little one was born with two extra arms and two legs because a twin was forming but, unfortunately, the twin did not fully develop. The child weighed three kilos and they consider it a healthy baby in every other way. The mother is also stable, according to La Opinion.

The twin didn’t finish developing

In the hospital where the delivery took place, specialists verified the health of both the mother and her child, saying that both are doing well. The Indian newspaper Jagran, reported that Dr. Ramesh Babu said that the extra parts belong to a twin who did not fully develop.
