She posted a photograph of herself with her daughters Alana, Anna and Lauryn, accompanying the image with the heartfelt message.

«With the breaking heart, we are announcing that [Anna] is no longer with us,» begins the TLC star.

«She passed away in my home last night peacefully at 11:12 PM. She gave one hell of a fight for 10 months…» June Shannon said.

Condolences pour in on social media

«[S]he passed away with her family around her like she won’t and we will be updating y’all with more information as we get it today,» Anna’s mom shared.

«We love y’all and continue prayers and thoughts for our family during this difficult time,» the message concluded.

Alana Thompson, known as ‘Honey Boo Boo’, expressed her grief over the loss of her beloved older sister.

«Last night we all surrounded Anna with love & let her know it was okay to go,» the 18-year-old wrote on Instagram.

A family in pain

«Anna was in so much pain last night but now as a family we all know she is at peace now,» Honey Boo Boo added.

«The sky looks a little bit different today. We will always love you Anna 💔. You hit me hard with his one Anna but i know your in a better place now and pain free forever!» she concluded.

Lauryn Efird, also known as ‘Pumpkin’, shared the same emotional group photo with a goodbye message.

During her cancer battle Anna showed strength and her desire to move forward for her young children, TMZ noted.
