He studied acting in his native country and, for a time, he was working in theater and television productions that he enjoyed sharing on social networks. For that reason, he decided to move with his wife and son to the United States to try his luck.

Local media reported that the actor was writing two books he planned to turn into scripts and pitch to Netflix. The actor and aspiring filmmaker was working in real estate and, before the tragic event, Belliu had been working as a livery driver and some media declared that he was having a hard time.

«It looks like they jumped from the sixth floor,» said a spokesman for the NYPD. “[Florind] he may have had a mental health issue that fueled the incident,» the police officer told the New York Post. Are the causes of death known?
