This is why kidney health specialists recommend drinking approximately 64 ounces of this vital liquid per day.

Clear urine could have serious repercussions on your body. This is because, when you drink too much water, in addition to going to the bathroom a lot, you will flush large amounts of electrolytes and that could affect your health. Careful! Once you have removed them from your diet or verified that they have nothing to do with the color of your urine, then schedule an appointment with the doctor, since this is a sign that something isn’t functioning properly.

The pink or red color in the urine is a potential indicator that there may be traces of blood in it, and this could be due to various conditions such as: kidney stones, urine infection, prostate problems, and even kidney or bladder cancer.
