Man arrested for killing four family members in Arizona

• Richard Wilson murdered his family in Arizona.

The police learned of the heinous multiple murder after receiving a 911 call from a desperate girl. When officers arrived, they discovered four bodies, according to The Sun.

Among the fatalities were a teenager and a 5-year-old girl. All of the bodies were found inside the house. The alleged perpetrator appears to be Richard Wilson, 21, who is currently in police custody.

WHO ARE THE VICTIMS?

Police identified the victims as Richard Wilson, 47, the suspect’s father, as well as his mother Ellen Otterman, 50, his sister Rudy Wilson, 16, and his niece Renaya White, 5. Authorities still don’t know exactly what happened or what the motive for the murders was.

The police have arrested the alleged perpetrator and have issued a statement describing what they believe may have occurred: They had been «slaughtered…at the hands of one of their own relatives,»said Pinal County Deputy Chief Matthew Thomas.

CALLING THE POLICE COST HER LIFE

Deputy Chief Thomas reported that 16-year-old Rudy made a «frantic» call to 911 around 2 p.m. but this had fatal consequences, the officer said: «In the end, it cost her her life. When our people arrived, she was one of the four deceased.»

And he added about this terrible case: “You always have these calls that kind of haunts you throughout your career. There’s those one or two, and I can tell you that everybody involved in this call, this will be one of the ones that sticks with them, because it’s absolutely horrific, especially when it involves children,» the chief said. HOW DID RICHARD WILSON KILL HIS  FAMILY?

Preliminary investigations indicate that when the police arrived at the scene, they found the suspect with a knife his hand so it is speculated that it was the murder weapon. However, it is still not clear how the four people died at the hand of their own family member, authorities said.

However, Sheriff Mark Lamb said: “This act of depraved violence will have long lasting effects on all those who knew this family.While nothing will bring their loved ones back, I send my prayers and support to everyone affected,» Richard Wilson now faces four counts of first-degree murder, according to The Sun. WHAT DO THE NEIGHBORS SAY?

The neighbors said more about this crime. Neighbor Wanda Hamilton told AZ Family: “I can’t believe that. I talked to that kid the whole time. He seemed like he cared about all of them, he never had anything bad to say to me about any of them,” she said, totally shocked by the tragedy.
