A Colombian man who also impersonated a police officer was arrested in Georgia for being a peeping Tom. A beautiful woman who lives in Suwanee, Georgia went out to walk her dog in the evening but she had no idea what she was in for. It turns out that one of her neighbors who saw her was apparently stunned by her looks.

It turns out that the man not only couldn’t take his eyes off her, he decided to follow her home and even tried to see a little more. The creepy man had a flashlight and when she entered her home, he went to her window to try to spy on her.

The woman panicked and called 911

Noticing the light shining into her home, she screamed. «Quiet. I’m a police officer. Open the door,” she heard a male voice saying from outside. Fortunately, before opening the door, she decided to call the local authorities to verify that it was actually one of their officers.

The 911 operator confirmed that her suspicions were real. They did not have any kind of operation in that area at that time nor did they have any officer, so they told her not to let the individual into her house under any circumstances and that real police were on their way.

The victim was terrified

After learning that there was a person outside who may be trying to break in and harm her, she panicked. She was so terrified that when the real officers arrived a few minutes later, she didn’t even want to open the door for them. It wasn’t until she found out they already had the suspect in custody that she opened the door for them.

One of the officers who responded to her emergency call reported that the woman was still shaking when the police arrived. She showed them the images from one of the security cameras in her house that showed the man standing at her window spying on her, and that was enough evidence for him to be arrested.

He is a Colombian with a criminal record

The subject who allegedly committed these crimes was held in the Gwinnett County Jail, where they identified him as 45-year-old Juan Antonio Burgos Ramírez, a native of Colombia. His bail was set at $3,500 for the crime that they are now charging him with. The South American already had a criminal record for something similar.

On March 3, he was arrested for the first time for impersonating a police officer in a store in the same town when they discovered him trying to make a fraudulent transaction.
