The granddaughter of US PresidentJoe Biden, announced at the end of July that she will marry on the South Lawn of the White House. Naomi Biden, 28, announced her wedding in a message on Twitter accompanied by an image of the garden, a green esplanade surrounded by trees and overlooking the obelisk, EFE said.

“Sooo not sure how best to update but was supposed to do so weeks ago…but we have finally figured out where the ceremony will be…and much to the relief of secret service and with the dogs’ endorsement…we’ll be getting married on the South Lawn! Couldn’t be more excited,” she tweeted.

Naomi looked like the bride-to-be in a white top paired with a matching skirt, large white earrings, and a flower crown. The bachelorette party seemed to be taking place at someone’s house and the room was decorated with pink, yellow, and red streamers.

«Fortunate to love and be loved by these ladies,» she wrote in the series of photos she shared on Instagram. The Biden clan is large and they are known for holding large gatherings for family events. Naomi had previously announced in April that her grandparents would host her wedding reception at the White House.

«Peter and I are infinitely grateful to my Nana and Dad for the opportunity to celebrate our wedding at the White House,» she tweeted. «We can’t wait to make official our commitment to each other and what lies ahead.» Up to this point, the family had not shared exactly where in the 55,000-square-foot complex the reception would be held.
