Niurka’s daughter, singer Romina Marcos, shared a surprising video on social media.

«Having a catharsis and taking responsibility for my mental health, I decided to share my situation. It’s okay to be wrong,» wrote the actress and dancer.

Emilio Osorio’s sister also thanked her friends, family and boyfriend for being with her through it all.

In addition, she took the opportunity to thank her doctor, who helped her understand what she is going through.

Calm, wearing glasses and a hoodie, Romina Marcos wanted to share with her Instagram followers what she is experiencing today.

«Days ago I started having pain on the right side of my face. At first I didn’t worry because I thought it would be a normal headache.»

After realizing that it wasn’t a normal headache, Niurka’s daughter decided to go to her doctor, who told her that it was probably due to stress and anxiety.

«The next day I started to feel a burning sensation in the same area of ​​my face, but it was a completely unknown sensation,» she continued.

In another part of this video, Niurka’s daughter said that it felt like she had «needles in her forehead.» She also started to get red spots.

«It was there, obviously, where I started to worry and decided to go back to my doctor and what a surprise…».

What Romina Marcos did not expect is that she would be diagnosed with herpes zoster, which she says was the result of bottling up her emotions.

«Basically, it is that by not working on a psychological pain, the body takes it out, works it, lets it out, releases it…»

It didn’t end there, however, since Niurka’s daughter revealed that her face began to get much worse.

«The next day, I woke up with an inflamed eye and the next day the eye was much more inflamed and well, it was getting worse and worse.»

Fortunately, she said that she is undergoing treatment and is already healing, or at least, there are already signs that she’s getting better.

«I was able to open my little eye, I can see well, and well, it is a process that requires a lot of patience. The strongest thing about living through this is knowing that by not working on my mental health, I got to this point.»

Finally, Romina Marcos revealed that this happened to her because she had not made herself a priority.

«I did not put myself first, I did not defend what I am by believing everything that others said about me, by not appreciating everything that I have worked for.»

With her voice breaking, Niurka’s daughter said that for years she has received hate on social media.

«And so I let go, I stopped holding my hand and I let go and that hurts more than a shingles diagnosis on the face.»
