LGBTQ+ activists demand justice for Alize Díaz
Rosemberg López Samayoa reported that unknown individuals took the 26-year-old woman from the bar where she worked, then beat her, slammed her to the ground and caused her to hemorrhage.
According to witnesses, they stripped off Alize Díaz’s top and suffocated her with it before ultimately shooting and killing her.
López Samayoa demanded that the Attorney General’s Office (FGE) of Chiapas investigate the incident as a transfemicide, given the increasing number of hate crimes in Mexico.
«Today we raise our voice demanding justice for Alize,» said the LGBTQ+ activist.
