Turkey Roll ingredients
1 boneless turkey breast (about 4 lbs), salt and pepper to taste and 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup of cream cheese, 1 cup of cooked ham, thinly sliced, 1 cup of grated carrots and 1 cup of mushrooms, chopped
You will also need 2 cloves of minced garlic
As well as 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 beaten egg (to glaze)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the boneless turkey breast on a cutting board. Using a kitchen mallet, lightly flatten the meat to obtain an even layer.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, spinach and grated carrots. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stuffing your Turkey Roll

Spread the cooked ham slices over the turkey breast, leaving a border all around.
Place the vegetable mixture over the ham.
Cover the mixture with the cream cheese.
Carefully roll up the turkey breast from one end, making sure the stuffing stays inside.
Baking instructions
Tie the Turkey Roll with kitchen twine to keep its shape.
Place it on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°C.
Remove from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
