Tragic news was announced during the morning conference led by Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

Judge Jesús Ociel Baena Saucedo was found dead on Monday, November 13.

The Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection has announced the start of an investigation to clarify what happened.

According to El Universal, another body, who is believed to be Baena’s partner, was also found at the scene.

Both bodies, found in their residence, had injuries caused by knives, which raises suspicions about the cause of their death.

‘There are indications that they may have injured each other,’ reported El Universal regarding the investigation.

Now, disturbing images of the crime scene have recently been leaked.

Both men were members of the LGBTQ community and Ociel Baena had numerous followers on his official social networks.

The shocking photos were shared on X (formerly Twitter) by El Campeón de la Humanidad.

The tweet reads: «The first images of Ociel Baena’s ‘suicide’ reach us at the #PerroNews command center (actually at the work site).»

Although so far there is no confirmation that these are actually photos of Ociel Baena, they are being treated as though they are.

In the extremely explicit images, you can see a hand on the floor that supposedly belongs to one of the victims and a great deal of blood.

According to infobae, judge Jesús Ociel Baena was recognized by the Government of Mexico as the first official to register as non-binary in his position.

He was a prominent activist for LGBTQ+ rights.

Baena also promoted initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of trans youth.

Ociel Baena advocated for marriage equality and supported public policies that recognized different gender identities.

According to a quick reconstruction of the events, the judge and his partner arrived at his home at 1:16 a.m. on November 13, reported El Universal.

A cleaning person tried to enter the home the next morning, but found the door locked.

Subsequently, an SSP officer assigned to escort the judge arrived at the home and used a key to enter.

Once inside, he found the shocking scene of both men suffering from stab wounds and immediately notified his superiors.

According to infobae, the head of the SSP, Manuel Alonso García initially confirmed the news.

Alonso García reported the discovery of the bodies to the Attorney General’s Office of Aguascalientes.

It was also announced that no evidence was found indicating a third person had been at the scene of the incident.

The Electoral Court of Aguascalientes and the Electoral Court of the Judicial Branch of the Federation are mourning Baena’s tragic death.
