A 35-year-old man was arrested last week following an incident involving a minor at a Ross Dress for Less store in the Kendall area of Miami-Dade County.
The incident occurred on June 21 at the store located at 14840 N. Kendall Drive, according to the arrest report.
Miami-Dade police indicated that other shoppers saw the man use a medical syringe to place an «unknown liquid» on the victim’s denim shorts before filming them.
Witnesses reported the incident to store employees before the suspect fled the scene.
Identification of Sean Edward Uribe and Case Evidence
The incident was captured on surveillance video, and police identified the suspect as Sean Edward Uribe, from west Miami-Dade.
A Miami-Dade detective was assigned to another case with a similar modus operandi to the June incident.
Uribe was wearing the same Miami Dolphins cap during both incidents, according to police.
A search warrant was executed at Uribe’s home in west Miami-Dade on Thursday.
Detectives found three medical syringes containing a «white viscous liquid, consistent with semen.»
The clothing Sean Edward Uribe wore in the surveillance video was also found in his bedroom.

Uribe was arrested on charges of assault and battery on a minor with bodily fluids.
As of Monday, Uribe remained in custody at the Metrowest Detention Center.
