Special prosecutor Jack Smith assured in his final report that there was sufficient evidence to convict Donald Trump.
The above due to his attempts to subvert the results of the 2020 elections in the United States.
The case, however, was dismissed after the Republican’s electoral victory in 2024, which will take him back to the White House on January 20.
The report was sent to Congress this Tuesday by the Department of Justice, after Judge Aileen Cannon authorized its release.

The document, which is already circulating in major American media, details a «series of criminal efforts» carried out by Trump.
All this to retain power after his defeat against Joe Biden in 2020.
The report represents a controversial closure to one of the most sensitive investigations in recent political history in the United States.
