Travis Ikeguchi had a history of posting anti-LGBTQ comments on social media and far-right sites.
He posted hateful messages about the LGBTQ community on Twitter and Gab, according to the New York Post.

«True followers of Christ SHOULD NOT and NEVER TOLERATE this stupid indoctrination of LGBT agenda in marriage or in our own businesses.»
Travis Ikeguchi was reported missing by his family
Travis Ikeguchi was reported missing by his family before the murder, according the New York Post.
The report of Ikeguchi’s disappearance was not available to the general public, according to ABC 7 News.
The suspect had no history of prior incidents with law enforcement in the state of California.
Ikeguchi was shot by local authorities a mile away from the store where he murdered Laura Ann Carleton.
Ikeguchi did not have a gun license
