Pepe Aguilar Mocks Nodal: The singer laughs at his height

The controversy continues as a social media dispute erupts around Pepe Aguilar and Christian Nodal.

This came after Aguilar, the patriarch of the Aguilar family, was seen seemingly joking about the height of the regional Mexican singer.

The clip was shared on Chisme No Like and was recorded after a concert in Colombia by the famous Aguilar dynasty.

The video shows a moment between Nodal and his father-in-law, Pepe Aguilar, who responds with an expression that viewers interpreted as mockery.

Pepe Aguilar Mocks Nodal?

The conversation reportedly began when Nodal greeted his father-in-law backstage with, “How are you, Pepe?”

Aguilar responded, “Ay, güey, pinch3 altura.” Not immediately understanding, Nodal replied, “Height here?”

Pepe then sarcastically commented on his own height, saying, “1.96, cabr***n.”

Elisa Beristain, host of Chisme No Like, didn’t hold back her reaction.

“Oh, Pepito, how mean you looked. Sure, he’s short, but those nearly two meters should come with kindness too,” she remarked.

“The relationship isn’t going great after what his mom replied,” noted the host of the popular show.

Similarly, Javier Ceriani mentioned that this type of content boosts Pepe Aguilar’s and the Aguilar family’s popularity.

“The Aguilar team records it because they know every video of Pepe and Nodal adds to the Aguilars’ fame,” he added.

“And Nodal has to endure it because he knows they’ll use it online to provoke,” Ceriani emphasized.

“Hear how he mocks him; it’s not cool,” Elisa Beristain added after Ceriani’s comments.

“Though in Mexico we often joke about our shortcomings, I don’t think it looks good in this case,” she said. “So fake,” Ceriani added.

Besides this incident, the hosts of Chisme No Like mentioned that Nodal is approximately 1.70 meters tall, compared to Pepe Aguilar’s 1.96.
