Detailing the arrest process, Pee Wee shared: «They arrest you, it’s a process. You hand in your license, they check to see if you’ve had similar problems before, they give you an exam.»

«The officer then has the authority to decide if you can drive or if you are under arrest. Afterwards, they take you to jail in the police vehicle,» said the artist.

A Legal Process and Release on Bail

The singer must appear before the authorities in a month as part of the conditions of his release.

The judge granted him the opportunity for a PR Bond (Personal Recognizance Bond), reserved for those with no prior criminal history.

This allows the individual to sign for themselves, agreeing to appear in court within 30 days,  said Publímetro‘.
