Pablo Lyle’s legal case continues as the actor serves a five-year sentence at Turner Guilford Knight prison in Miami, Florida.

Approaching the two-year mark of his conviction, Lyle faces the possibility of early release in December 2026 if he maintains good behavior.

This could pave the way for his return to the entertainment world.

According to HOLA!, one possible route for his return is through the help of Mexican producer Juan Osorio.

The producer has repeatedly expressed his willingness to offer Lyle a role once he has served his sentence.

Juan Osorio has been clear about his support for Pablo Lyle.

For years, the producer has insisted that once the actor is released from prison, he would be one of the first to offer him a role in a telenovela.

«Pablo, once he overcomes this event, would be one of the first people I would offer a telenovela role to without a second thought,» Osorio stated.

Osorio also mentioned that Lyle would rise from this situation «like the Phoenix» and retain his ability to shine on screen.

These comments have reignited the hopes of Pablo’s fans, who look forward to seeing him return to show business once his sentence is completed.

Furthermore, Juan remembered the fondness he feels for Lyle and his family, particularly for his father.

He also highlighted the professional relationship they shared in 2011 when they worked together on the telenovela Una Familia con Suerte.

In that production, Lyle had a significant opportunity to showcase his talent on Mexican television.

The path leading to Pablo Lyle’s conviction began in April 2019, when a traffic incident in Miami changed the lives of both Lyle and Juan Ricardo Hernández.

While traveling to the airport with his family, Lyle crossed paths with Hernández in a traffic altercation.

After a brief argument, Lyle exited his vehicle and struck Hernández in the face, causing him to fall and hit his head on the pavement.

Initially, Lyle was charged with assault, but four days later, Hernández died from the severe injuries sustained in the fall.

This tragic death led to the case being upgraded to involuntary manslaughter.

After spending three years under house arrest, Lyle was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to five years in prison.

In addition to the sentence, Lyle was also given eight years of probation, anger management classes, and community service.

2023 marked the beginning of his prison sentence, but the case remains open due to the legal actions taken by Hernández’s family.

While the road to reintegrating into the television industry may not be easy, Juan Osorio’s words offer a glimmer of hope for the actor.

If Lyle maintains good behavior and serves his sentence ahead of schedule, he could resume his career and embark on a new phase in his professional life.

Meanwhile, his legal situation remains a delicate issue, especially with the ongoing follow-up from the Hernández family, as HOLA! reported.
