  • The beginning of product marketing.

Nayeli Franco, an immigrant from Latin America, began her work in the U.S. cleaning houses, just like many others in the same situation.

But her life changed a lot when she found a hair care product in the Dominican Republic, her home country. This product became the base of her successful business, Natural Plus, which now makes more than 2 million dollars a year.

Nayeli shared her encouraging story on the «Sueño Millonario» show and talked about how she went from cleaning houses to being a successful business owner. Here are the main parts of her story:

Nayeli came to the United States at age 10 after her mother passed away and her father left three months later.

First, she worked in New York restaurants and later moved on to cleaning homes and apartments for a company.

Her life took a turn when she found a hair care product in the Dominican Republic.

At the beginning, she only used it herself, but her friends and people she knew liked the results and started to ask for it.

Nayeli chose to buy 25 of these products and began selling them to her friends and people she knew in New York.

Initially, this wasn’t seen as a business, but it gradually grew as more people learned about the product.

Even though she faced problems, like carrying products by train and dealing with customers who sometimes didn’t pay, Nayeli kept going with determination.

She decided to start an Instagram account to show her products, and slowly, orders began to come in.

A big moment for her business was Black Friday 2018, when she offered a special deal that brought in many customers.

Nayeli and her family moved to Atlanta and bought a house. They opened a store in December 2019, and now they have a successful business with more than 30,000 customers and yearly sales of more than 2 million dollars.

They also work with famous people and use social media as a key part of their marketing.

Nayeli stresses how important it is to keep going and not give up on the way to success.
