Disappearance of 2-year-old girl sparks FBI search in several states

The Pullman police, in collaboration with the FBI and the Moscow Police Department, are searching for a missing 2-year-old girl.
Seraya Aung Harmon was last seen on May 29th with her father, Aaron Aung.
Both were reportedly traveling to Montana for a fishing trip but never returned, as reported by IdahoNews.
Seraya was supposed to be with her mother on June 3rd in Pullman, but she did not show up.
Seraya Aung Harmon might be traveling with Nadia Cole
Investigators believe that Aung might be traveling with his daughter and Nadia Cole, aged 21.
Cole was last seen leaving Sea-Tac airport on May 29th.
Police believe she may have been seen in the Fife area and at the University Street light rail station.
Cole is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, has green eyes, and long blonde hair.
Seraya Aung Harmon was seen wearing a black North Face jacket, olive green sweatshirt, black yoga pants, and white Converse sneakers.
Aung is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. On Wednesday, the Pullman police issued an arrest warrant for Aung for custodial interference.

Furthermore, it was announced that the arrest warrant is related to the violation of the parenting plan set by the Latah County District Court.
