In a recent statement, Mexico’s Attorney General’s Office (FGR) revealed troubling details about the case of Ovidio Guzmán.
According to the information obtained, Joaquín Guzmán’s son, «El Chapo,» was released from a high-security prison in the United States on July 23, 2024.
However, since that day, his whereabouts remain a mystery.
It is unknown where he is or what his current status is within the United States.

This fact becomes even more significant when considering that, just two days after his release, the alleged kidnapping of Ismael «N» by Joaquín «N» occurred.
The chronology of events raises serious questions about a possible connection between these incidents.

On August 9, 2024, the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico confirmed that Ismael «N» was taken to the United States against his will.
This information was supported by the kidnap victim himself in a statement issued by his lawyer, Frank Pérez, on August 10.
HE CLAIMED HE WAS KIDNAPPED
In the message, he detailed how the violent kidnapping occurred.
The U.S. Attorney General also stated, on August 16, that Ismael «N» arrived in the country against his will.
Furthermore, proposals from Joaquín «N» to surrender to U.S. authorities were revealed, adding another layer of complexity to the case.
One of the darkest aspects of this investigation is the Beechcraft 200 aircraft used in the kidnapping.
The aircraft, with registration N287KA and serial BB1137, was found to have falsified data.
It was discovered that the legal registration was N44JN, but it had been altered.
Additionally, the investigation showed that the original registration in 2019 was N200TP, before being moved to Colombia and receiving the registration HK4658G.
Mexican authorities continue to demand answers about the involvement of this aircraft in the events.
The FGR is deepening the investigation, which not only covers the situation of «El Chapo’s» son and his link to the kidnapping but also the irregularities in the aircraft.
Moreover, the prosecution has requested information about the pilot or pilots involved in the flight, but so far, there has been no response from U.S. agencies.
Finally, the FGR is also investigating events that occurred in Huertos del Pedregal, Culiacán, related to the murder of Héctor «N» and the alleged bodyguards of Ismael «N».
The whereabouts of Ovidio Guzmán remain unknown, and the Mexican prosecution continues to demand answers.
