The little girl was killed in 2022 due to blunt force cranial trauma, according to the AP.

The autopsy also revealed multiple injuries consistent with sexual abuse.

Three of the 18 criminal charges were dropped during the Wisconsin trial.

Giles’ defense tried to argue that he suffered from a mental disease or defect but a jury decided he was not insane at the time of the crime, according to Fox 11.
