Singer Larry Hernandez ended up in the emergency room shortly before a performance on Sunday. Hernández confirmed the news on social media and even shared photos from the hospital.

Around 11 p.m. on Sunday, the singer who recently caused great controversy after kicking a monitor at one of his concerts, informed his more than 3.7 million followers with a brief message that he was in the emergency room.

Why did Larry Hernandez end up in the ER?

The singer revealed the reason for his visit to the emergency room. «I’m fine, thank God, I only had to get an emergency injection because my vocal cords were inflamed,» wrote the El Baleado singer in an Instagram story.

«See you in a few minutes. With God’s favor I will do my job today,» he added. Later, he shared the images where he is seen waiting to be treated in an emergency room. Recently, he revealed the procedure he underwent.

Questioned by some media outside an airport, the singer explained a little more about his visit to the hospital. “I fall asleep, and I wake up all hoarse and then I couldn’t even speak, thank God, they injected me…,” he told reporters.

Apparently, the author of Que te caiga el 20 felt the need to explain his treatment. «Unfortunately, I have to say it, they were steroids… which we should not use,» he declared. In addition, in said interview even Jenni Rivera underwent a similar treatment.
