According to Glamour, the socialite stated that the brothers are not ‘monsters.’
She also expressed that they do not deserve to spend the rest of their lives in prison. As of today, they have been incarcerated for over three decades.
In an interview with NBC News, Kim Kardashian made it clear that the murders, referring to the Menendez Brothers, are not ‘excusable.’
“Neither is their behavior before, during, or after the crime. But we must not deny who they are today, in their 50s.”
“We owe it to those kids who lost their childhood, who never had the chance to be heard, helped, or saved.”
The lawyer’s words surprised many.
During her visit to the Menendez Brothers, Kim Kardashian wasn’t alone.
According to TMZ, the businesswoman was accompanied by her sister Khloe Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner.
Also attending were film producer Scott Budnick and actor Cooper Koch, who plays Erik in the Netflix series.
During her visit, Kim spoke to 40 inmates, including the brothers, about the Green Space project.
