The speculation led Kensington Palace to issue a statement clarifying the situation.

Officials recalled their previous announcement that Middleton would stay out from public life until after Easter.

«We were very clear from the outset that the Princess of Wales was out until after Easter and Kensington Palace would only be providing updates when something was significant,» they said in a statement, according to Hola!.

Kate’s last public appearance
