In 2020, the Mexican host revealed that she had suffered a cerebral aneurysm.
However, she assured everyone that the worst was behind her and that she was in the process of recovery.
Despite this, it seems she has not fully healed, raising alarms among her loved ones and fans.
One of her closest friends, former boxer Julio César Chávez, believes that Yolanda Andrade’s health struggles might be due to witchcraft.
Julio César Chávez Said «She’s Fighting the Illness Head-On»
During a recent interview, Julio César Chávez was asked about the health of his friend, Yolanda Andrade.
In his characteristic style, he shared that Yolanda is “fighting the illness head-on” and, contrary to popular belief, is doing much better.

He added that Yolanda had traveled to the U.S. for a routine checkup because doctors still cannot pinpoint what is wrong with her.
“It’s very strange—whether it’s witchcraft, whether it’s not, or if it’s a bacteria. But she’s doing well, thank God,” Chávez stated.
Unexpectedly, Julio César Chávez also reflected on the existence of good and evil in light of Andrade’s illness.
“You have to believe. I neither fully believe nor disbelieve because, thank God, it hasn’t happened to me,” he said.
In another part of the interview, Chávez revealed that he himself had been a victim of witchcraft on several occasions.
“I found many things in my house,” he said, adding that he entrusts himself to God for protection.
As he discussed the alleged witchcraft affecting Yolanda Andrade and himself, Chávez stated:
“I don’t need spiritual cleanses; I just cleanse myself in the steam room, where I release all the bad energy.”
The former boxer recounted finding voodoo dolls in his home many years ago.
“When I first wore the red ribbon (on my forehead), I did it because I was being targeted by witchcraft,” he concluded.
