Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez, known as JLo, has shown her support for the Democratic campaign. This Thursday, she will join Vice President Kamala Harris at a key event in Nevada.

According to EFE, Lopez’s public appearance is part of the Democrats’ effort to strengthen their support within the Hispanic community.

Recently, offensive comments from a comedian at a Donald Trump rally sparked outrage among the Puerto Rican community.

JLo is not the only public figure who has decided to support Harris.

Last week, Mexican band Maná also joined the Democratic candidate as part of the “When We Vote, We Win” campaign.

According to EFE, comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, who referred to Puerto Rico as “a floating garbage island in the ocean,” motivated other artists to show their support.

Among them were Bad Bunny and Marc Anthony.

The “bad bunny” didn’t hesitate to respond with a bold video on his social media.

As she campaigns across Nevada, a critical state in the election, Kamala Harris aims to connect with Latino voters.

The Vice President has taken her campaign to iconic locations, including the Las Vegas Sphere, inaugurated in 2023 and one of the city’s most prominent attractions.

The latest Trafalgar poll shows Harris and Trump tied in Nevada, each with 48% of the vote.

This result highlights the importance of gaining Latino voter support in this state, which will be crucial in determining the future of the White House.
