  • Jesus will have to pay a million dollar bail.
  • Otherwise, he will have to remain in jail until his trial.
  • This Latino resident of Georgia was caught red-handed.

Drug trafficking is one of the most profitable shady and clandestine businesses in the world. An effective way to make quick money, yes. But it’s not safe because those who get involved in this kind of dirty «job» usually risk not only their precious freedom, but also their own lives.

Despite this, there are plenty of people who enter that dark and gloomy world, motivated by ambition, selfishness and a lack of love for others because those heartless people don’t care at all that the poison they manufacture, sell and distribute, ends up in the hands of innocent children and immature teens.

The good news is that, unlike in Latin America, here in the United States the authorities tend to treat this crime very seriously and punish perpetrators to the fullest extent of the law. This is why those who are arrested and accused of this crime usually end up in jail.

In North Carolina, for example, authorities have just arrested Jesús Antonio Franco Enríquez, a 45-year-old resident of Roswell, Georgia. He was arrested and now faces serious charges of possession of a large amount of drugs with the intent to distribute it. Filed Under: Chronicle Jesus Million Dollars

According to local authorities, Jesus had 18 pounds of methamphetamine in his vehicle. His arrest came after he was stopped by a Burke County Sheriff’s Office officer. They didn’t stop him by chance because they already knew what he had in his car and they were hot on his heels. In addition to drug trafficking, the Hispanic man faces additional charges of using a vehicle to transport a prohibited substance.

Franco was immediately jailed and his bail was set at $1 million. I wouldn’t be surprised if he soon manages to pay all that money and go free because, as I said at the beginning, money abounds in that world. But, even if he gets out, he won’t be out of the woods yet, because when he goes to trial, the law will smash him. Thanks for reading my story today MundoNow. Until next time.
