«A fan told me, ‘Oh, I had tickets to see you.’ And I told him I was sorry,» she recounted emotionally.

The fan’s response, who expressed, «Don’t say sorry, we love you,» deeply touched the artist, who couldn’t hold back her tears as she remembered the episode.
