Just days after the posthumous unveiling of Jenni Rivera’s star, it has already been vandalized.

Immediately, her daughters Jacqie and Chiquis, along with Johnny, responded to this unfortunate incident.

Through the Hollywood Walk of Fame’s social media, it was announced that the star had been damaged.

«Thanks to the fans who tried to clean the star and reported it. Note, there are cameras everywhere and a police report has been filed.»

Jacqie Rivera Reacts: «I Want to Cry»

In her stories, Jacqie Rivera spoke about the vandalism done to her mother Jenni Rivera’s star.

First, she expressed her anger about the incident and mentioned that a fan from Texas had sent her photos and videos.

«Other fans who were there started cleaning the stars because it wasn’t just my mom’s star, it was also Selena’s.»

In another part of the video, La Diva de la Banda’s daughter admitted she wanted to cry over what had happened.

«I think it’s so beautiful, they love her so much and they take it as their own,» said Jacqie Rivera.

To conclude, she wanted to thank the fans who took the time to clean both Jenni Rivera’s star and Selena’s.

«It hurts them that she’s shining, not just my mom, all the women,» she added.

«I can’t handle this. Thanks to my mom’s fans who took the time to help clean it,» expressed Chiquis.

Upon seeing her mom’s star vandalized, Jenni Rivera’s eldest daughter said that the people who did this should be ashamed.

Meanwhile, her younger brother Johnny posted several crying, angry, and sad face emojis.
