A woman identified as «Jane Doe» has filed a lawsuit in the Southern District of New York federal court, accusing rappers Jay-Z and Sean Combs of sexually assaulting her when she was 13.
According to the complaint, the alleged victim attended a party in 2000 following the MTV Video Music Awards, where she claims to have been assaulted by both musicians.
The plaintiff alleges she was taken to a white house, where she was coerced into signing a supposed non-disclosure agreement without being given a copy.
The party was reportedly filled with celebrities consuming marijuana and cocaine.
ALLEGED INCIDENT DETAILS
The complaint claims the victim was assaulted in a room while Combs and Carter observed.
It further alleges that Combs sexually assaulted her as Carter and another unidentified female celebrity watched.

The victim reportedly avoided being forced into performing oral sex on Combs by striking him on the neck, which caused him to stop.
Combs, now 55, is currently facing a criminal case in New York. He has pleaded not guilty to charges alleging years of coercion and abuse against women, reportedly with assistance from his employees.

The accusations against Combs include silencing victims through blackmail and violence, such as kidnapping, arson, and physical assault.
Jay-Z has released a statement denying the allegations in the new civil lawsuit, as reported by Daily Mail.
In his statement, Jay-Z expressed concern about the situation and its potential impact on his children.
«My only pain is for my family,» he said. «My wife and I will now have to sit with our children and explain the cruelty and greed of certain individuals,» according to Daily Mail.
Jay-Z also lamented the potential loss of his children’s innocence due to the allegations.
«I grieve another loss of innocence,» said Beyoncé’s husband.
«Children shouldn’t have to endure this at their age. It’s unfair for them to try to comprehend levels of malice aimed at destroying families and the human spirit.»
The rapper described the allegations as extortion and launched a strong critique against the accuser’s lawyer.
«My attorney received an extortion attempt, a demand letter, from a so-called lawyer named Tony Buzbee,» he said.
«He calculated the nature of these allegations and the media frenzy they would create, expecting I’d prefer to pay.»
Jay-Z also referenced his own investigation into the lawyer, accusing him of a similar pattern of behavior in other cases. «These allegations are so nefarious that I am pushing for criminal charges instead of civil ones,» he stated.
«Anyone who commits such a crime against a minor should be imprisoned, don’t you think?» he added.
