Serious accusation! The State of New York claims that the eldest son of Chapo Guzmán committed two terrible crimes.
They allege that Iván Archivaldo Guzmán personally killed two agents from the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico.
Additionally, in that same year (2017), he murdered three members of the Los Zetas Cartel.
Besides the Mexican drug trafficker, his brother Jesús Alfredo and 21 other people from the Sinaloa Cartel were involved in this incident.

According to the document presented by the State of New York, the son of Chapo «has ordered and personally perpetrated acts of violence.»
Among these acts are «the kidnapping and murder of law enforcement agents and rival drug traffickers.»
How did the events unfold? Iván Archivaldo, his brother, ‘El Panu,’ and ‘El Nini’ captured, tortured, and murdered two federal agents from the PGR.
One of them was kidnapped as he left the airport in Culiacán and was taken to the ranch of the son of Chapo.
Iván and his brother Jesús Alfredo arrived the following day to interrogate the victim and then kill him.
The other agent met the same fate: after being kidnapped, he was tortured and then killed.
On the other hand, the three members of Los Zetas were captured in the mountains near the Sinaloa and Durango border.
The victims were tortured to extract information about the Cartel and other rivals. Iván Archivaldo also killed them.
Lastly, the accusation filed in the Southern District Court of New York reveals details about Jesús Alfredo.
He is referred to as a ‘significant fentanyl trafficker’ who imports the precursors to manufacture it.
