Óscar Vargas, owner of a barbershop in El Paso, Texas, faced a tense moment when immigration agents entered his business without a warrant.
The businessman demanded they leave, asserting his right to deny them entry.
«Hello, sir. I did not authorize you to be here,» Vargas stated in a video captured by security cameras.
The agents belonged to ICE and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

Most complied, but one refused to exit the premises.
«I repeated it to the agent several times, but he insisted on staying in my business,» Vargas recounted.
The business owner reported that the officers were asking clients for identification documents.
He also noted that the agents appeared to be targeting individuals based on their appearance.
The presence of ICE agents caused alarm among barbershop customers.
Vargas fears that such operations could scare away clients due to concerns about future raids.
«There was a child here, forcing his father to stay with him,» Vargas shared.
