This material proved the attack against Edith «N» during a road incident in April 2024.

In the incident, Márquez reacted violently, leading to the charge of attempted femicide.

Prior to the ruling, the January 22 hearing was suspended because the defense requested more time to present evidence.

Among them, the testimony of the influencer’s wife, who did not attend due to severe mental health issues.

For his part, YouTuber Fofo Márquez expressed his remorse and asked the judge for clemency:

“I reacted in the worst possible way (…) I ask you not to destroy my life. I am 27 years old and I ask that I not be judged as a media case, but for the crime that it is.”

He also argued that the incident was provoked by the victim, who, according to him, hit his vehicle and insulted him.

However, these statements were not enough to convince the court.

Victim’s Stance
