Brazilian influencer Fernanda Carolina Lind Silva tragically passed away in Paris on October 16.

The 31-year-old was struck by a car while running at an intersection between Saint-Cloud and Suresnes.

Her husband, Pedro Ángel Abatayguara, was notified of the accident through his smartwatch.

The message read: “Fernanda has had an accident, and you are the emergency contact.”

When Fernanda did not respond, Pedro rushed to the accident scene, where he found his wife in critical condition.

She was taken to the hospital with severe head trauma, three broken ribs, and a fractured clavicle.

Despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries the next day.

The driver involved was detained and, although he tested negative for drugs and alcohol, could face involuntary manslaughter charges.
