According to information from the New York Post, which was picked up by several news outlets, the spokesperson for the Mayor’s Office, Kayla Mamelak, stated:
«As all New Yorkers, Mayor Eric Adams is deeply disturbed by the heinous and depraved act Sebastian Zapeta-Calil is accused of.»
